Wine Dinner x Château Saint-Baillon

On Saturday, November 21, the Hostellerie de l’Abbaye de La Celle invites you to experience an evening devoted to wine, gastronomy and music, with a special Wine Dinner in collaboration with Château Saint Baillon.
For this exceptional evening, the estate’s wines will take centre stage, accompanying a dinner served in our Chapter House, created by our Chef and his brigade. A generous and refined cuisine, deeply inspired by the produce and flavours of Provence.

A lively and delicious aperitif

The evening will begin with an aperitif designed as a true moment of sharing.
At the heart of the gathering, the Chef will perform live cooking, preparing and plating his creations before the guests in a convivial and spontaneous atmosphere. Standing among the guests, he will share his culinary expertise and bring the first flavours of the evening to life, turning the aperitif into a true gastronomic experience.
To accompany this culinary performance, Sven Sax will fill the evening with the live sounds of his saxophone, bringing an elegant and festive musical touch to the aperitif.

Throughout the dinner, the wines of Château Saint Baillon will be revealed through carefully considered pairings designed to complement each of the Chef’s creations.
Located in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, between the sea and the mountains, the estate extends across 200 hectares of vineyards, wooded hills and orchards. Vines and olive trees have been cultivated here since Gallo-Roman times, on clay-limestone hillside terroirs where the grapes are harvested by hand.
A meeting of terroir, savoir-faire and cuisine, united by a shared desire to reveal Provence through the senses.
