Vignobles en Scène – At the Heart of the Hostellerie de l’Abbaye de La Celle

In partnership with the “Vignobles & Découvertes” label, as part of the “Vignobles en Scène” weekend, we are delighted to offer you an exclusive evening with Château des Annibals.

The evening will begin behind the scenes of the Hostellerie, alongside our kitchen brigade, where you will discover the preparation of a delicious amuse-bouche.

This will be followed by a communal table dinner, featuring a food and wine pairing menu created in collaboration with Château des Annibals.

Programme for this exceptional evening:
6:00 pm: Welcome and introduction to the Hostellerie
6:15 pm: Kitchen tour and a culinary technique demonstration by our Chef in the Salle Capitulaire
7:30 pm: Aperitif followed by a food and wine pairing dinner, served at a communal table in the presence of Château des Annibals

The menu will include a starter, a main course, a cheese course and a dessert, all accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing from Château des Annibals.
